The mission of Forest Park Academy is to nurture and support individual needs, empowering students to recognize and optimize their full potential to become viable citizens in a diverse society.
About the Panthers-
Pet Portraits for a Cause
Students have painted pictures of animals for adoption at Angels of Assisi and Franklin County Humane Society Planned Pethood & Adoption Center to help raise awareness of pets in need of loving homes. Many students are also donating a copy or original of their artwork to the shelters to raise funds for the adoption and/or care of the animals. Some of the animals have been in the shelter anywhere between 8 months to almost two years, with one dog being there for almost 7 years.
